EGR- Exaust gas recirculation valves were introduced in the car market as a way to reduce gas emissions. Manufacturers created a way to recirculate already burned exaust gases over to intake manifoild in order to be re-burned and this way lowering their emissions. This is basically the function of a EGR valve Main problem of this concept, is that this exaust gases bring a lot of engine oils and fumes, that after sometime tend to block the intake manifoild lowering its efficciency dramatically. UK Automap EGR Removal Module allow tuner to close EGR valve all the time avoiding the build up of dirt in intake manifoild and all troubles associated with that.
FLAPS- Knowing that some cars have issues with the Flaps / Swirl and being the repair costs high, most commonly seen on some VAG group cars, we opened this module to alow costumers to simply deactivate the flaps by disconnecting them and removing it's functionality, fixing this way problems to many car owners that do not want to spend money on a new unit.
DTC- DTC removal module allow our costumers to remove individual error codes from ECU, its very usefull when costuemers want to remove some parts from electronic system such EGR, intake flaps, etc. Also some software caused errros between many other racing aplications.
MAF- MAF deactivation is not by any means recomended as it is a very important sensor for fuel regulation, but sometimes (normaly on high powered tuned cars) the MAF reading hits maximum value and touches maximum allowed voltage readed by sensor making fault registration and normally safe mod. With this module it's possible for customers to simply disconnect MAF and car will run without any safe mod and can achieve more power without any concerns of having additional problems.
TVA- Throttle valve actuators regulate the air or mixture supply for the combustion engine. Depending on the engine concept, this serves different purposes. In the case of petrol engines, speed and power output are regulated by means of fresh air or mixture dosing. Diesel engines generally do not need a throttle valve. However, in modern diesel cars, throttling the amount of intake air facilitates precision control for exhaust gas recirculation and stops the engine from shaking when the ignition is switched off. The TVA is often linked to many problems by our costumers. UK Automap now allows TVA to be fully removed and will remove any problem (if presented any) from ECU.
This module will allow costumers to be able to remove lambda erros when new cat is fitted or when removed.
Immobilizer is a very important part of newer cars electronics they assure that car cannot be stolen and offer some degree of protection to users, but some issues related with it are now a problem in many of today's cars and costumers need to pay for a brand new ecu when something goes wrong, also tuners face some troubles when problems happen, they are forced to use a new original ecu so that they fix this issues. With this brand new module from UK Automap our costumers will be able to use another ecus on their cars just by removing immobilizer.
Many vehicles have a speed limiter applied from factory or by a third party at a later date. The limiter is often applied as a gentleman’s agreement amongst car manufactures or by customer choice e.g. Most BMW and Mercedes vehicles have a factory set speed limiter of 155 MPH / 250 KMH. By adjustment of the ECU data we are able to successfully remove the speed limiter from most vehicles.
